I had a request to order a neckace and have it sent to a relative out of town for a special birthday. I also live out-of-town but Firth's has always been my first choice and, therefore, I drove in to choose the piece and place the order. I must say, they went above and beyond and were able to get the necklace to the birthday girl with time to spare. I highly recommend Firth's!

My husband used Firth for my engagement ring. We worked with Kathleen who made the process so easy. We knew immediately we went to the right place when we met her, she was knowledgeable without being pushy at all, very warm, and trustworthy. Also, she’s a bills fan which sold my husband even more. The ring came out perfect and better than I envisioned it. I get compliments all of the time and would highly recommend firth!
